ETHER
silk georgette installation
Created for ‘Echolocation’ solo exhibition at PUBLIC Gallery.
Ether explores an in-between state. Playing with cyclic visibility and suspense, the silk alternates between hiding and revealing. Freshwater pearls fall from the top eye, passing the drawn fabric suspended across the hand-dyed, draped silk.
